Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: I cancelled the Jio Fiber connection more than a month ago as I changed my home. My router, etc were taken. My bank account IFSC details were taken and I was told that i will get the amount in my bank account.
I never received the refund in my bank account and nor have i received any cheque. On calling customer care, they said a cheque was sent on my address which I have never received.
Customer Care just says that as per their records say the cheque was delivered, on asking who has received the cheque on my behalf i am not given any details. I have never received a cheque, nor have any of my neighbors.
Customer care couldn’t provide me the details of the person who has received the cheque.
I have called customer care multiple times and have complained on the mail multiple time (complete mail chain attached). Each time I am told my Issue has been escalated to the concerned team and will be resolved within 72 hours and then it never gets resolved.

Jio’s responsibility does not end with sending the cheque, it ends after making sure i have received the cheque.
I am still a Jio Fiber customer at my new address with the same phone number and it’s turning out to be a traumatic experience for me.
It occurred on: 8/09/2019
I need the amount of Rs. 4500 to be refunded to me via NEFT Transfer.
I have not received any cheque. If needed, please confirm that whichever cheque was sent to me is not encashed, cancel it and then proceed with mt refund.
