- Did not get any support from airtel customer care when mentioned unable to make any land line call and getting error message that “this service is not available to this number and to start this service please contact customer care”. I have main balance but still not able to make any land line call and customer care was very rude and unprofessional and I will go to social media and consumer foram for this harassment. Shame on you Airtel.
