I recharge my mobile airtel number 9743158871 using kbl mobile plus app for 148 rupees on 20.01.2020. Airtel company did not recharged for my number but they took 148 rupees from my account number 189686 in karnataka bank kuvempunagar branch.I cal costumercare but they did not refund my amount.please help me sir.
