I ordered a product(Order No. 6162796694) on 1 Oct 2018 through paytm mall and delivery date given on 16 Oct 2018, but it was not deliver by the dehlivery courier service on time even no tracking updates. Then I cancelled the product on 17 Oct 2018 and Cancellation process Initiated on 17th Oct and since today(06 Nov 2018) no update to Refund and refund value is rs 485 .
Even I tried to contact the paytm costumer care and dehlivery courier service did not get to ask. and paytm care cut my mobile balance rs 15.00 still I did not get paytm care executive.
Please I request about my order to refund and solve my issue or either give justice for me.
