Hi, whoever is seeing this. I just want a help. This is basit Alam, I am from pratapgarh uttar pradesh and I did a recharge on airtel on 13 January 2021 of 1500rs on my airtel number but somehow I misplaced the last digit with another number, I know I did a mistake. It happens sometimes. Now after searching on different websites I found out a complaint number for the airtel to be 198 and when I try calling them, they instantly picks up the phone and start talking with their computer generated voice and the problem with the voice is, they just want a customer to keep fucking roll in deeper into their black hole. They just want to keep a person confused all the time with their complaint number and never ever wants to really talk to one of their call center person. I have tried a dozens of time for this and no they didn’t even receive it for a single time which pissed me off. I tried mailing them and, they reply that we can’t accept any mail other than the registered mail and when I did and completed the registration, they sent me verification link which never fucking works. I want my refund as it’s a huge amount of money that I’ve recharged. Please help me.
