Text of Complaint by Kim:

On the 11th of December I applied for a phone that I never got. That same day I called to cancel the Dialaguard, the agent I spoke to confirmed that it was cancelled. A week later on the 21st an amount of R135 was deducted from my account, immediately called them back to find out what the problem was and a different agent informed me that it was never cancelled.
