Dialaguard have called me on the 20th of January 2023 that I qualify for a cell phone contract of R180 per month. I gave them my personal details and they told me that there is an additional benefit of R97 which is already included in the R180, so ill be paying only R180 monthly after I’ve received the phone. To my surprise when I check my banking app, they made a debit notice of R97 on the 25 of every month, no mention of R180 for cellphone contract. They are using cellphone contracts to defraud people. I want them never to deduct any money from my account I don’t need their security service.

Dailaguard is a big scam first they made a debit order of 97 which I didn’t authorise. I was under the impression that they will offer me a phone contract that’s why I gave them my banking details. I want them to stop debiting money from my account
