Hi, I use to have a personal loan with Dhani Bank (Also known as Indiabulls) that was already closed. With these Details, Shani bank had applied and credit a loan to my Dhani wallet without me asking for any loan. I see a Dhani Care Credit line Loan has been Activated and a credit of 10,060/- has been disbursed on Jun 16, 2020. I do not have any intention of taking a loan from Dhani. This loan has been credit to my account with out any request or application from my end. Unfortunately I didn’t check the email that Dhani sent me after the loan disbursement, and I didn’t know there is a credit lying on my Dhani Wallet, and I have not used the credit. But, Dhani has charged me 200/- per month for 20 months as Intrest for the amount that I haven’t used. Dhani bank was failed to show me any proof that shows I have applied for the Loan, This should be completely Fraud. They just added the credit and collected Interest with my notice. After 20 Months, the bank has taken the amount of 10,261/-(10060/- for Loan Principle and 201/- for that months Interest) from my Savings Account (the wallet amount is still lying there). A sudden deduction from my savings Account has caused me many issues with other Auto-payments. I have been contacting Dhani bank customer care many times since March 28, 2022 on call and through email. Unfortunately, they are so rude and never want to resolve my issues. I’m neither being allowed to use that credit lying in my wallet nor they cancel the unused loan and credit my amount bank. I have attached the screenshots of the emails and bank statements as proof. Please help me to resolve the issue and save me.
