7 January 2022 , I added money in dhani wallet, the transaction is successful from icici bank and razorpay payment service but transaction failed from dhani. My 2300 rs money didn’t added in wallet and also I didn’t get refund in my bank ac.

After 10 working days didn’t get any refund in my bank account.
Then, I am trying to reach customer service but didn’t connect with customer service. After trying 2-3 days, I am connected with customer care and they say ac will automatically credit within 7-10 working day.

After 10 working days didn’t get refund in my account and trying to reach customer care (after trying 2-3days), Customer send us a mail. Then , I send them mail and also didn’t get any response.

After trying 2-3days I get connected to customer care (in background heavy music is running) after receiving call she ask me about my details and verify me and she ask me for “can i hold your call for better response”? When I say yes. She hold my call and didn’t talk to me. After 25 minutes call automatically disconnected. I am trying to reach customer care but I failed.

And also completed 1 month monthly subscription payment 589 is charged from dhani credit line. You couldn’t cancel it from dhani app.
