I am writing to make a complaint regarding the harassment I have been experiencing from one of DHANI RECOVERY agents. The agent in question has been calling me regularly and has been harassing me both mentally and through calls to my home number.
I have already raised this issue in a previous ticket, but it was closed without resolution. I believe that it is unacceptable for your customers to be subjected to such treatment, and I am now writing to request that you take appropriate action to address this situation.
I have always made my payments between the 1st and 5th of every month. Despite this, the agent continues to call me regularly, causing significant distress and inconvenience.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that I am not subjected to this type of harassment again. I am also requesting that you provide me with an update on the progress of this investigation.
