I am Alisha Sayyed Ahammed, I purchased the Dhani Plus membership on 14.06.2022 with 500/-, on the same day it is shown in the portal the product is delivered, immediately I chatted with the dhani team on online chatting. They assured me that in 7 days time it will be delivered to your mailing address. but till date the product has not been delivered.
On 16.06.2022, 20.06.2022 & 27.06.2022 i called dhani customer care regarding this query, they assured and said our representative called you and resolved the issue. but it is not done. several times i called customer care and Several times i mailed to dhani team including grievance and nodal teams. but i didn’t get any positive response from there. after that i raised the issue to RBI. after some days my Dhani wallet is blocked. i called to reopen the wallet thay said it is not possible. then i asked for the amount 500/- return, thay also refsed to return the amount.
this way they are cheated the innocent peoples. Please help me in this matter and do the needful.
