Hi,… I have used dhani one freedom credit line of rs 5000.
One day Few months ago (today 02 March 2022) I got call from dhani app customer service and she said me to subscribe dhani credit limit of 5000 rs for one month in subscription fee of 250+ 45(GST) that after you will avail to shopping from dhani credit card , shopping charge will divided into three installment a gap of 30 days , 1st installment – next day of shopping , 2nd installment -30 days from shopping , 3rd installment 90 days from shopping, i do only recharge of rs 24/- that recharge amount has converted into 3 EMIs means 8/- per Month, after seeing this I thought of clear all the emi’s and close the account. But am unable to close. I have to wait 2more months to close the amount. By that time every month I have to pay 199subscription+150stamp duty for 2more months. So for 500rs I am paying {(250+45)*3} +(150*3) =1335/-.. Just think how much interest they are charging.. But they say 0% interest.They did not tell about the stamp duty in the app.
I asked her that shall i be paid next month subscription free , she said no, no subscription fee will have to pay for paying installment but when i am going to paying 2nd installment 199rs of subscription fee for next month included , see to shocked , because I shall have to paying 250+45 rs of subscription for paying installment, that’s cheated to me , no t&c written in dhani app about this,
I want to compliant against Dhani One freedom card.
