Hi team,

I applied for a loan in Dhani One Freedom Credit and i have cleared all the dues but Dhani company is not closing the account permanently simply charging me monthly subscription fee for the service not rendered or they are activated my account since my i have cleared all the dues still the account is in blocked status if they reactivate only i can close the account permanently from DHANI loan application since they have blocked my account and not allowing me to close the account.
They are charging me subscribtion fee and they unwantedly made me to pay the subscription fee for the services not rendered .
So please take necessary action against Dhani company with immediate effect as many customers are facing this problem and this time i paid the subscription fee for 1061 rupees informing me they will reactivate my account but still they have not done..so i wasted my money…now every month they will keep on billing me subscribtion fee when my account is inactive status and I’m charging from Dhani for taken their services or not using the loan account again.
Either they should allow me reuse this account or allow me to close the account permanently but they are not doing that..so please do the needful.and below is the dhani account details.
