I’m activated dhani Application One Freedom card on 10/03/2021 .

22/03/2021 – They deducted ₹200 from my bank account. That time I done a mail for Deactivate That Loan Freedom card & Deactivate my account .. but they not give reply for my mail. That time i understand Dhani doing scam or Making money using Hidden charges using ( T & C Plan)
Im mail to dhani but not giving reply for confirming Deactivate my loan Freedom card.
Somuch days ago now. Now they are calling and asking 1250₹ for fees for Credit line. I’m not used single money from Dhani freedom card
After Nach debit ₹200 .. i m many time requested to dhani to Deactivate my freedom card
Freedom card plan is like a joke
₹500- daily limit & ₹5000 maximum credit limit – charge for dhani card ₹250 monthly
They now threatening me & asking money 1250₹ for used service.
Please resolve This problem . They disturbing & also im activate nach subscription time
Clear scam dhani using hidden T & C .. AFTER SCAM I REQUEST THEM TO CLOSE LOAN BECAUSE I FEEL NOT SAFE WITH DHANII
PLEASE HELP .. REPORT THIS SCAM COMPANY TO RBI .. CHECK ON YOUTUBE SOMUCH COMPLAINT AGAINST DHANI FREEDOM CARD LOAN.. ALL ARE HELPLESS BECAUSE THEY NOT GIVING REPLY FOR OUR QUERIES AND COMPLAINT
I have full evidence – im contacted dhani support mail for deactivate loan. I don’t need loan ( on March /2021) .. please help
