Sir I have utilised dhani One Freedom card and I have paid the full amount of EMI’S but they are debited Amount of 922.00Rs in 28-04-2021,and I complaint about the issue to support team there no response from thier then I have uninstalled the app but after 8 months they are contacting me through mobile to pay the over due of subscription fee.i have said my card has blocked and my account is inactive then why I have to pay they are saying this is automatic renewal.i have not received any intimation to pay the fee till last 8 months .now they agents are contacting me every day 2 to 3 times every one saying have to pay the overdue when I asks for refund my debited amount they are saying you have to contact support but there no response from there
