I have been issued this dhani one freedom card and asked to pay one time subscription fee and same has been paid by me but now I am seeing that every month subscription fee is asked to pay. Why this fake information given to me by agent that its a one time fee after issuance of card?
I pay my all dues on time without delay but still these people are cheating on me.
I want this subscription fee to bill Nill because neither i am availing service of 75000 limit nor daily limit of 5000 so make this fake charges as nill as communicated at the time of issuance of card that its one time fee.
Dhani customer care Himanshu threatening me that it will affect your CIBIL while I already paid all dues and why do i pay for any subscription fee while i didnt avail any service and i was already told by dhani card agent that its a one time fee and same has been already paid. Please help me.
