Hi my name is SaiKrishna.P .
I have made a payment in Dhani one freedom card through ICICI bank.the amount is Rs 3806 and Rs 3806 two times the payment as been done on Jan 7th. But the amount has not reflected in Dhani freedom app..then i have emailed them .they informed that it will take 7 to 10days if any unsuccessful payments as been made.the amount will be reflected back to same mode of payment .after 10 working days i have checked with Dhani there is no response from there support team then i have raised a complaint with ICICI after 2 weeks they came with a resolution that the amount was successfully transferred to the receiver(dhani freedom) but when I email dhani they are like they do not received..they i have raise a dispute case with ICICI bank they worked hard and gave me the complete transaction details and they confirmed with all the details here are the transaction details Your transaction of Rs 3806 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary RAZORPAY SORTWARE PVT LTD account XXXXXX6778 on 07/01/2022 13:06:16 with RRN 200764047859. In
case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

But still dhani is not responding properly they have hired people with no knowledge.and today on Feb 8the i have made 8300rs payment and even this is also same issue like above. Please team i need justice for this .they are just wasting our time with no resolution almost 25 emails i have done..they only come with incomplete information and they refuse to help ..and this is completely a fraud type platform .truly i never faced this type of issue with any bank or any type of financial support giving companies..i do know why this dhani is so careless . Please find the attached payment details..one it say successful and one it says not successful. both the amount are successful and credited to them as per ICICI. But dhani is refusing that they haven’t received the amount . Please help me
