I applied for dhani one fridom card and dhani taken subscription of 250 for 5000 creadit limit. according to the dhani customer care this subscription fees will be use till 5000 used.next subscription fees will apply after increase of your credit limit.
And also they promised 2% cash back.
But now they started fraud with me
I I swipe this card at petrol pump for 180 rupees but they charge 191 when I call to customer care they said the 11 rupees recharge by government.
And they made 191 into 3 EMI. Till now from this card I use 300 rupees plus 250 subscription fees in the month of November.
But dhani again asking for subscription fees of 295 this is hidden charge never told about this charge by dhani customer care. When I got to know about the fraud I ask customer care to close my account I am ready to pay my 300 total amount at a time but the saying you have to pay again 295 subscription fees for the month of December also this will charge every month and no cash back received till now this is totally fraud made by Dhoni is the branch company of India bulls. And also there making a fraud saying that your account will be closed but actually it is not getting closed after paying also so they will charge subscription fees . If you don’t pay it will effect to your CIBIL score
I I request you guys don’t take such card from dhani I use only 300 now I have to pay 700 rupees I think ok do bank will charge this kind of hidden charges.
One day will come look get to know no India bulls made a India’s biggest fraud. I request government to step in to avoid this kind of fraud before it done.
Sir my name is ghanshyam thakur and i am a youtuber, 3 months ago i created id in dhani app but after seeing subscription fee i did not register then i got a call from dhani app in which dhani app customer care person told me that now there is an offer in Dhani App, in which the subscription fee of Rs 589, you have to pay it only once in a year and that too you will be refunded now, on his request, I paid the registration fee and started waiting for the refund of money, then again I got a call from the same person from Dhani, then I told him that I have not got the payment refund yet, then he said that you do a transaction, then the payment will be refunded, then as he said, I have got one. I did a recharge of 11 rupees, then he said that you wait, I check about the refund and kept the phone on for about 20 minutes and then disconnected, after that I tried to call that number many times but The return call could not be received, and also called the helpline of Dhani app many times but nothing happened, I talked a lot towards Dhani In an incoming call from customer care, but they did not take any action, after that today I have received a legal notice of Rs 1740 from Dhani App, in which Dhani App has added 2 months more fees. Please solve the problem.
