Fraud and useless services provided by your executives

I have paid alll your emi’s on time only 1-2 missed due to Mobile broken.
1. An EMI of 939rs and 3rd part 313 unable to pay due to mobile broken and only one day late and it decreases my cibil 97 points . Is this the right way to torture your customer and for 313 rs late charge is the Rs 4126/-
If it is right way to torture your customer in one day delay in emi then please explain.
2. transaction of Rs 515 it also impact my cibil and shows 172 due for what???
Why are not showing overdues on your app instead of frauds that you are doing with your innocent customers.
Please solve my issue on time so I can’t face any problems during my job period.
