Dear Sir,
I have been issued this dhani one freedom card and asked to pay one time subscription fee and same has been paid by me but now I am seeing that every month subscription fee (INR 499+GST) is asked to pay. Why this fake information given to me by agent that its a one time fee after issuance of card ? i Had paid INR 80 for card but still not received any physical card .
I pay my all dues but still these people are cheating on me.
I want this subscription fee to be Nill .
why do i pay for any subscription fee while i didnt avail any service and i was already told by dhani card agent that its a one time fee and same has been already paid.
on 19th Jan i have paid INR 506 for dues but dhani app automatically cut the subscription fee which is 499 but they deducted 506 .
