Text of Complaint by Shaikh Rafique Shaikh Basheer:

When i was not using the dhani app the executive has provided me the wrong information about the Dhani one Freedom card he says that u have to pay subscription fee once in a year but now they are charging subscription fee monthly and that time i aks him that u have next day installment after using the card he said no problem u can pay any time in three months there is no late for that. But i got some late fees also and now they are forcing me for they pay and there finance department is misbehaving with me
