I have paid my full dues before the due date and also shared the payment proof but still its not been updated in the system and also still asking me to pay 6000+ extra.. Also getting continuous calls every 40minutes once.
Have sent a emails more than 10times but no one is giving proper solution. without checking my proof and outstanding simply they sending a reply stating that should pay the dues. This totally unacceptable . Tried to explain customer care & sent emails more than 10time no solution.
As on 15-Feb-2022 : outstanding amount is 20,409
My due date is 13-Feb-2022
I have paid on 10-Feb-2022 : Rs.16662.98 So still I need to pay Rs.3747 but in the app it shows 10700+ also not getting proper reply.
It’s totally wasted my last one week also felt like going to do s@uicide. Please take an action
