indiabulls dhani loans (https://www.dhaniloansandservices.com) issued instant loan by using Aadhar card with my authorization to some other person and now they came to my home address and asking me to pay the monthly installment , mentioning the it will effect CIBIL Score. One what basis did they sanctioned loan without my authorization w.r.t Aadhaar OTP. now the loans details reflecting on my CIBIL score and i am trying to contact DHANI support team but no response. I am NRI and i am not able case a cyber crime at my hometown local police station on this. kindly please take the action on this kind of Fraud financials companies they simply bypassing all the RBI guidelines on loans.
