I have asked Dhani loans to close my account in February and they closed it,from then I can no longer use their app.I couldn’t even login to my account.But even after closing the account they are charging subscription fee on my card every month and harassing to pay on calls.I haven’t done a single transaction on card till now and they closed my account in Feb.Every day they are calling and asking to pay the due amount(subscription fee),As I my account is closed if I ask how to pay without my app they reply to pay with the link sent to your number.If I ask how to cancel my subscription no body answers for it.I don’t know how to get out of this please help it is having effect on my cibil
