My name is Akther and i got 50000 loan in 2018 and last month February was my last EMI so I wrote email to support@dhani and i got reply for foreclosure loan from customer service executive Mr Nabil. He send foreclosure statement to be paid by 26th February amount of 2681.50. i paid immediately as per advise then i tried to generate NOC from the app. But it wouldn’t let me generate as still showed active. So i took the screenshot of my foreclosure amount paid through UPI along with transaction details and sent the email to them. I received the reply from dhani that their execution will get in touch but no body reverted me back. I kept sending and requesting them to close the account and to stop payment before 5th of March since they might do auto debit as it still shows active on the app. Even after repeated request and sending more than 13 emails my account was tried to debited on 5th March and cheque got bounced and charges applied. Then they again attempted and debited my emi today 10th March and took 1603 from my account. Inspite of request and email these pathetic people cheated me. I need my 1603rs back plus revert the cheque bounce charges to my account. Stop payment on to my account. Reply back to my email immediately and resolve my issue. My email is saifali78@yahoo.com.
