Hi
My name is Suman and I had taken credit of 1250 only 2 times from Dhani which I paid in time and requested to close my account.because it was not getting deleted from my end and then i stopped using account suddenly after 1 months the message comes that the payable pending amount of 800 At that time I paid 500 rupees without saying anything but without using my account last 2 months again I got the message of 1206 is pending. Dhani team harass me by calling every 2 months after getting mail 4 months back that issue is resolved my account balance was zero and i requested for account closesure But today again Dhani’s call came and she started threatening for that amount which I did not use and I have all the transaction history with me .It is not just a matter of 1250rs, it is a matter of how you dhani is taking money from the customer wrongly by threatening the one who trusted Dhani.
And it is not only me but there are many more people with whom this has happened. Please do the needful.
