I have subscribed to supersaver card for a year but now in the third month of the subscription I am unable to use my prepaid card as dhani might have blocked it. I have emailed them 10 days ago after having a telephonic conversation with them. In addition, dhani have provided with one freedom card support of postpaid service of 10000 per month for a fee of 299+199+150 per month but just after 2 days of subscription I am unable to use that one freedom card. I have emailed dhani regarding the same issue with the screenshots as discussed with them over the telephonic conversation. More than 10 days have passed and they did not provide any assistance to me and are neglecting my messages in Facebook and in email also. I have to withdraw my money from prepaid card to my bank by wasting 3 percent of my amount too. I need my money back of the subscription and a compensation for the harassment from dhani Indiabulls
