Dear Sir,
On 11th March, 2022, I already cleared my dues completely through the link provided by customer care, but your company does not update my payment details on the Dhani app.
But after a successful payment of 5012.98 INR, my loan is still pending on Dhani’s One Freedom Credit card, which shows on my Dhani app. So please help me close my loans because I already paid for all loans. I received an SMS regarding my dues, mentioning the number of Dhani District Manager Subhojit Mukherjee (Contact number 7797552660). When I call him, he threatened me regarding my dues. I tried to contact him again and again, but he never again picked up my phone. I damaged my mobile because of a road accident, and I have lost my email address.
