I’m Joshua. I was a dhani customer from long ago. I used the one freedom card for my purchases and later I decided to close all EMI’s.. I called customer care and asked them how to close all my EMI’s .. so they said pay all the due balance amount through the app and cancel the card.. on January 19th, 20th i cleared all my outstanding a EMI amount i.e 11459/- once i paid 10,939 and 520/- and closed my card .. still now i’m getting calls daily 4,5 times it causing me disturbance and irritating when im in office i’m kindly requesting you to seriously look into it .. As I’m explaining to them they are still calling me .. Kindly resolve this issue .. I Have already Sent two times message to the customer care and i spoke to the customer care agents …but even though daily calling me and causing severe disturbance …
