Text of Complaint by Sharukh Khan:

I was using dhani Freedom card from more than a year, recently my card was blocked on November 2021 I made the subscription charge but not activate, still it was showing subscription amount pending, 4 time I paid the amount but no update and not activate card so I decided to close the subscription plan and deactivate the card last month on 18 March I visited dhani customer care center. I told them that I want to deactivate the card they said some payment r pending clear the payment we will deactivate your card, so I made the payment infront of them, they told me to wait 1hour to update the payment so I waited there , but after one hour it’s not updated after they told me to go home within 24 hour it will update and they gave their number, but whenever I am calling them they gives some excuse now 11 April still they have not updated the payment nor deactivate the card, I want justice please help me..
