I Am Kallu Praveen goud I have paid all my dues of dhani credit card ,And requested to close dhani credit card account on 10 June 2022 still they are not deactivated. And it is reflecting in my cibil score 15000 rupees, due to this dhani credit card my cibil score is low. And again requested on customer call service of dhani 01246555555 on 4:33 PM ,20 Sep 2022 As per customer helpline instructed me to upload Pan card and Aadhar card . And i uploaded my Aadhar card Pan card and previous mail screenshots mailed to dhani mail tosupport@dhani.com and again called to customer call service to 01246555555 on 5:03 PM 20 Sep 2022. I am requesting to deactivate my account i have uploaded documents while requesting to deactivate credit card account call ended i have call recordings of both mentioned in the complainant and mailed screenshots
