Hello Sir/Mam,

This is Ujjwal Kumar Kanwar and I would like to inform you that I have applied for Dhani Services and when I received it I have used it for quite months to order foods and product and then when I have used the maximum limit for Rs.2500 then I tried a lot to pay the amount from the Dhani Application but the payment was failed and the consultants were calling me to do the payment and I was telling them that I am not able to pay the amount but they were not doing any thing and they were just increasing the interest amount which is not good then a persona named Sourav Das from the Collection team call me and told to pay the amount which I have use then I said okay I ll pay the amount and I have transferred the amount which is only Rs.2500 through Google Pay and I have the Screen shot as well but I received the SMS for Rs.2200 payment has been done that means the Collection boy Sourav Das has taken Rs.300 and after that the Dhani company has Increased the Due amount and then they have Increased it till Rs.9966 which is not good at all.It was not my fault that they have not Accepted the payment at the time I was Paying.
