In Dhani app the company provide Dhani one freedom card. For which They charge 499 Rs monthly and they 2500daily loan limit will active as they say. And then I applied for to loans for amount Rs 2522 and Rs 1996 and I paid all the Emi for them. But they always call and say your Emi Is pending and then they cut the amount of rupees 576 from my Dhani wallet for their Emi and then they said now they will not call for this. And then I mail them to close my account but they don’t do that. And after few days again they call and still they say that your amount is pending. And then I send them screenshot then they say your one freedom card fees due. Even I am not using Dhani app they said you are subscribed to Dhani one freedom card. So every month you have to pay 499 and then I said why to pay when I don’t use it so they said you have to pay full amount for three month only then you can deactivate this service. Kindly provide proper resolution .
