I have taken dhani freedom plan, but after some days i found this is very bad service, I decided to close this. I mailed to cutomer support team, but they replied my after 20-25 days in between dhani deducted monthly subscription fee from my account. After that they sent my link to pay due balance. I paid that amount and asked to close this, but they are not closing account. Again month finished. They again hitting my account to deduct subscription fee.
I tried to contact on mail and call but not able to make any communication. So i want to close this account. If they will not close my account. I will take action and start sharing hundreds of negative review.
