Sir I used dhani one freedom card.Its policy is the amount You use by credit You have to pay 33% of the amount on next day 33% after one month and rest amount on same date after 2 months….But they said me to repay whole amount at a time….So I repaid full amount…I tried to call customer service of Dhani but I found It’s a fake customer service…Then I send mail to Dhani to close my Dhani account.But they replied different answer..And I came to know last month they are charging me a monthly subscription fee through my cibi report.And made my cibil report worst….Sir I want to know Why should I give monthly subscription fee because They did not provide services like they said..And I also mailed them for closing my account & I also cleared all my due… Kindly help me….
