A detergent powder (Mr White 5 kg) was delivered by Amazon Transportation services (Tracking no. 260562201615) instead of Lenovo laptop costing Rs.53,480/- (Order no. 406-7615039-1473136 dt 23.01.2021) on Feb 1, 2021. On being contacted, the Customer Care Team says they cannot do anything about it. The package was opened in front of the Amazon delivery boy too. My complaint is Amazon Transportation service is a courier service of Amazon, hence, it should be held responsible for the loss and for causing mental harassment to its consumer. Please help so that my money gets refunded as the earliest. Thanks.
