Two weeks ago i’ve purchase some products from the desslabel site. But by their mistake they sent me wrong product. And at the time of returning the product company is not responding so far also i had to pay return delivery charges for their mistake. Even after returning the product I didn’t get my amount refund in either way. i.e. in bank or in wallet. I tried to sent them mail and called them but no one responded

June 8th i ordered one dress in dessalabel.it was delivered on June 11.but there is total different in packing.there is green Colour saree in the place of beautiful dress(suit -1045-NC XL).so just I want to return this delivery please do solution for my problem
