Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that I bought one MI smart TV from Flipcart on 16th June”19 with extended warranty period of 3 yrs. Now my TV is giving problems so I contacted Flipcart customer care on 14th Aug 21, I was told that I needed to contact JEEVS Care, so I did so. Since then I am following with them every time I am getting same answer that within 2 working days the Technicians will come and resolve the issue but nothing happened. Now I am fed up. This is the pathetic service I ever experienced.
