Please note before boarding the Air Canada flight to Toronto, Canada on December 10 from Delhi Airport, I went to the Airtel counter at the International Departure to recharge my mobile number 9895853168 with Rs 799/- please refer the above ID.
I was told by the person at the counter that I would have to restart my mobile after landing for the calling to be activated.
I am very sorry to inform that I have not been able to use the recharge amount at all and was put to a lot of embarassment as I was not able to contact anyone. Kindly, therefore arrange to reimburse the amount to my Google Pay number immediately.
