I have recharged my phone of on 12 July 2020. I have recharged talktime of 10 rupees online from your official website. I even got msg of recharge but still I am unable make calls or receive call.They are saying outgoing services are unavailable on your phone. I checked my balance status, it shows balance rupees of 8.92 but still I am unable to make calls. I am unable to use my available balance of rupees 8.92, so what s the use of recharge. Pls make my outgoing and incoming services available on my phone number of 8097332664. Pls do the needful ???
