I took loan from NIRA app on 8 November 2022, and they provided me loan on behalf of Muthootnan Finance, my first EMI was to get debited on 10 December 2022, so I have maintained enough balance in my bank account, but they didnt debit my EMI and sent me message saying that my auto debit was bounced due to insufficient balance and I can show you in my bank account statement that I had enough balance in my bank account. so on 11 December 2022 I paid my EMI manually and filed compain in NIRA app but received no response from them, sent them mail on mail ID provided by them tried to contact them on WhatsApp number provided by them even tried to reach them though phone call but no response from NIRA app, then tried to contact muthootnan, but still no response from them.
After that I paid my January 2023 EMI in advance on 28 December 2022 that was fine.
After that on February my EMI got auto debited on 10 February 2023, the same date mentioned in there loan agreement paper. I can provide you the loan agreement I still have saved it in my Mail ID. And even i closed my loan on 12 February 2023 cause I didnt wanted to take any more burden.
But when I check my credit score today its saying that my February EMI was also delayed and I didnt pay on time.
Below I’m attaching Screenshot of my Credit Report showing my 2 delayed payments of Muthootnan finance.
And I have my Bank account statement too, where I can show you that I had enough balance in my bank account for EMI to get auto debited for December 2022 and I made my ontime payment of February 2023
Please help me out, cause of this negative account its impacting my Credit Report. Even though I had done nothing wrong and made my all payments on time.
