This is to inform you that my client has got cancelled account No.7038456984 way back in February 2020 since the internet service was continuously interrupted & there was no proper response you’re your side & due to this my client stopped using your services& same is evidence by the fact that there is no service taken from the said account number. This has been duly informed to the concerned authorities through E-mail.
My client has not been using your service, despite this my client is continuously getting monthly bills.
Though there is no usage of any service from you. Further my client has been getting calls to pay the bills which he is not using.
