Despite continuous complaints of slow internet speed and weak network signal, no solution was found. Complaints were made continuously for almost a year.
I have complained many times but I am told that your complaints have been registered, wait for 15 days, then my complaints are closed. About Rs 3578 of my one year’s worth was wasted and I got the data recharged separately for about Rs 1800. All my things went waste due to their poor service. My online class premium of Rs 5000 also went waste. My Netflix premium also went waste which is around Rs 1200. I want all the money back.
