I have a Samsung M31s phone which reboots frequently. This is a known design problem with the M31S model of Samsung and the behavior is experienced by many Users as can be seen online. Samsung wants to replace the motherboard of the phone and wants to charge the consumer for their design defect. Further there is no warranty after changing the motherboard since the new motherboard is also plagued with the same issue. I will spend at the most half of the expense and expect Samsung to own up the rest of the amount for the fix as this is their problem to begin with but they do not agree to this arrangement.
