All Myntra customers are supposedly given free delivery and flat Rs.200/- off on their first purchase. They are not only denying me free delivery but also demanding ridiculously high convenience fee (i.e. Rs.299/-) for my first order.
I have already contacted their customer care about the same. They claim that the account has high return rate which is impossible because I haven’t even placed a single order from my account!
They promised me that a complaint has been raised and provided me with a ticket ID (i.e. IN22120819513359577648). But within minutes, they have closed the said ticket as ‘resolved’, without offering any kind of solution. Please help me with this problem.
It’s a scam and it’s outrageous! They are using these so called offers to induce new customers to log in to their database using their mobile number, e-mail ID etc. They are collecting more and more data and information from customers through consumer surveys.
