I am Tamal Ballav. My contact no is 8910454581. I am not getting the volte service in spite of giving an advertisement on the website that Vodafone super volte is available in honor 8x(my current set) in West Bengal (except Kolkata). All required settings are done in my handset. Customer care executive continuously telling that volte service is unavailable in my region and my handset is ineligible of this volte service. But if that is true then why they gave the advertisement? I am uploading the screenshot below. Please help me regarding this problem. This is completely cheating on customers.
