My Parimatch User ID is : 181532948
I have made a Deposit of Rs 15000/- (Fifteen thousand) via Phone pending on 22 September 2024 at 12:23 am with Transaction ID : T2409220023186204966315 and UTR ID:426673099572 to PARIMATCH A/C to a beneficiary “GOLDEN LEGAND LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED” whose UPI ID. is gllfl.collect@icici and the Transfer was successful but the amount didn’t got added to Parimatch Account.
It has been 20 days but still the deposit didn’t got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.
Every time when I message them they inform me that “Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon”.
I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to Parimatch only.
Let me share you another thing that on that 28 September 2024 at 10:48 p.m i made second deposit RS 10000 (TEN Thousand) with transection I’d is T2409282248565987426081 and UTR ID is 427264704749 to PARIMATCH A/C to a beneficiary “GOLDEN LEGAND LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED” whose UPI ID. is gllfl.collect@icici and the Transfer was successful but the amount didn’t got added to Parimatch Account.
My Bank also confirmed that the Transaction was successful.
