Hello Sir,
I sent 500 inr phonepe through QR Code in 20bet (https://20bet.com/in) site yesterday. my balance was not updated till now. i have contacted them many times and finally they said my money was not sent to their platform and ask me to contact the Finance institution(my bank) for further case assistance. i have sent the screenshot also and bank statement for reference to them ..till 3 days before there is no problem in depositing and balance update in 20bet site…this time they are cheating me. I have attached the payment screenshot to you.Please refund my money to my bank account or update balance in 20bet site..
