Text of Complaint by Mamun Hossain:

Dear Sir
I deposited in my 1xbet account first 10000 BDT via Nogot on 28th February, 2022 and then I also deposited 5000 BDT via Fast bKash method but both money wasn’t credited in my 1xbet account. I tried to get touch with them but I’m told to send documents with proof at ([email protected]).

I followed them and was waiting for their response. At last they responded me telling that my deposited money will be credited within 2/3 hours but from the time being, they didn’t credit my balance even they didn’t respond my mail, live chat or call phone request. In a word, it can be said that they are fraud and telling false with me continuously without crediting my money.

I tried to solve my problem with IMO, WhatsApp, live chat, Phone call request but in vain because of unresponsive mood. They all don’t want to solve my problem. Please, help me to return my money into my balance.
