I have a made a deposit of 10000 rs on 31/07/2024 via UPI FAST in 1xbet application and still it is not credited to my gaming account and whenever i call customer executive they simply say ” Payment team is working on it” and day before yesterday they asked for my bank statement and i submitted it too and they asked me to wait for 24 hours and even after that it is not still credited.
They dont give me any definite time frame they simply say before end of the day or within 24 hours but nothing is happening.
Kindly do the needful.
